In-Flight Infection Prevention and Control Training for Cabin Crew in China: A Qualitative Study

Specific in-flight infection prevention and control (IPC) training was deemed an essential strategy for ensuring the implementation of appropriate measures to protect health passengers crew sustainably during COVID-19 post-pandemic period. This study aims identify cabin crew’s IPC duties investigate current status in China. The snowballing technique employed with purposeful sampling. A total 15 participants, including various positions, inspectors, trainers from eight airlines China were invited attend in-depth semi-structured interview between September November 2022.
